“ My family has been going to this Boston Market for over a decade now. I've recently visited myself to order a small meal, the 3 piece dark chicken with two sides. Comes to approximately $11-12. I believe mashed potatoes and creamed spinach are considered premium sides. I chose the classic mac and cheese and roasted potatoes. The staff at this location are very nice! They interior is spacious and looks extremely clean. Cleaner than it used to ever look. There's no indoor dining available, so it's all takeout and pick up from the date of this review. The chicken is super delicious, well cooked and moist! The Mac and cheese is spot on as always. The roasted potatoes could use a little more seasoning because I found them quite bland despite being cooked well. Overall, I highly recommend this location. The staff is doing a wonderful job with cleaning, social distancing and mask wearing. The food is always consistently delicious and I've yet to ever run into a problem with this Boston Market. Run, don't walk. ”
“ I want to really love Boston Market every time but their food could be inconsistent at times. It took me living in 30 years to finally try their rotisserie chicken, it was so good the first time. The chicken was moist, tender, juicy and had me craving for more. I ordered online for pick up and the estimated time was too long. It was still processing but I went inside and the food was already done packing. I was hoping for some comforting food on a cold night. I ordered food for three and we were so disappointed. I hyped up the food and it ended up being really dry and distasteful. May I get the juicy chicken pieces pleaseee. My go to order is the 3pc dark, love the sweet potato. ”
“ My mom was more excited to visit Boston Market than I was. I am not a fan, but for her ANYTHING. The location is inside the Georgetown mall area in the Canarsie area. The parking wasn't as bad as it was during the weekday. When we entered the location there wasn't a lot of customers. The customer service was actually very good and service was fast. I ordered (2) half a chicken meals with corn bread and mash and the second order with rice and corn; including (3) sides for my mom and a kids meal. No one had a complaint about the food or beverages. My only complaint was spending damn near $40 for 4 meals and beverage. The food was okay for me. I will not be frequenting any Boston Market. ”
